DMCA Takedown Policy

Once your DMCA takedown notice is received, we will promptly review it and take appropriate action in accordance with the DMCA.
2. DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content has been removed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a DMCA counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the following:
Identification of the material: Provide a description of the content that was removed and where it was located before it was removed.
Statement of good faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information: Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you live (or where Trivx.site is based) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice.
Signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Trivx.site will restore the content unless the original copyright owner files a lawsuit against the alleged infringer within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Trivx.site has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If you believe that someone is engaging in repeated copyright infringement, please notify us immediately with the relevant details.
